1. The short version

We hold what we need to give you an account, take your money and keep the service running. We do not sell anything about you to anyone. Your solve results stay on your own machine. They are never uploaded to us, and if you delete your machine they are gone, for you and for us. What you type in, such as the ranges you set for a spot, travels through our server on its way to your core, and section 2 says which part of that reaches our logs.

2. What we hold

Because you have an account

  • Your email address, and whether you have confirmed it.
  • The name you gave when you signed up.
  • Your password, kept only as a scrambled value that cannot be turned back into the password itself.
  • Your account token. Your cores send it to prove which account they belong to.
  • Your referral code, and who referred you if anyone did.
  • Whether you want email about new versions.
  • Whether the account has been blocked, and why.
  • Sign-in sessions, including the IP address and browser they were created from.

Because you pay us

  • Invoices, payments, and your Balance and Bonus, with dates and amounts.
  • What the payment provider tells us about a payment: its identifier, the coin, the amount asked for and the amount that arrived.
  • The emails we sent you, and whether delivery worked.

Because the service has to run

  • Which cores connect, under which account, and an identifier of the machine they run on.
  • Ordinary web server logs: address requested, time, IP, browser. If a web address contains a token or a password, we remove it before we write the log line.
  • Some commands your panel sends to your core are written to our logs, with their parameters. That can include how a spot is set up and the ranges you typed into it. We keep this so that we can find and fix faults. Your solve results are never in there, and this covers only a small part of what you do.

3. Why we are allowed to hold it

We hold most of it because we cannot do our part of the agreement without it: no account, no payment, no working service. We hold the logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and in being able to fix faults. We keep payment records because tax and accounting law requires it.

4. Who else sees it

  • NOWPayments, our payment provider, to take payments. They see only what a payment needs.
  • Resend, our email provider, to deliver email about your account.
  • Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which hold the servers and the solver files.
  • Our accountant, who sees the payment records.
  • The authorities, when the law requires us to answer them.

Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.

5. Cookies

We use two kinds, and neither is for advertising.

  • Sign-in cookies, so you stay signed in.
  • A referral cookie, set when you arrive through someone's referral link, so the referral can be credited when you create an account. It lasts thirty days and holds only the code.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account data: while the account exists, and then as long as we must keep the money records attached to it.
  • Invoices and payments: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Server logs: up to ninety days.
  • The record of email we sent: it stays after an account is deleted, with the link to the account removed.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to legal@omnigto.com and we will answer within thirty days.

Deleting an account does not delete the money records attached to it, because we are required to keep those. Everything else goes.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you at least thirty days before it takes effect. The date at the top says when it last changed.
